I am furious about the terrible experience I had with this company! I bought a product and was shocked to receive a discontinued version instead of the newer one that was advertised at a higher price. When I reached out to customer service, they not only ignored me but also had the audacity to scold and shout at me for their own mistake! They quickly changed the product page to cover their tracks, but their disrespectful treatment of a paying customer is absolutely unacceptable. They claim to have a return/refund policy, but it's nothing but a sham. This is nothing short of a scam, and I refuse to let this slide. I demand a proper resolution and an apology for their deceitful and appalling behavior!
